MotlieMall – Terms & Conditions


Welcome to MotlieMall (“MotlieMall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, mobile applications, and online marketing platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Have the authority to enter into these Terms.

  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. About the Platform

MotlieMall is an online marketing and marketplace platform that:

  • Allows sellers (“Vendors”) to list, market, and sell their products or services.

  • Allows customers (“Buyers”) to browse, interact with listings, and make purchases.

MotlieMall does not produce, own, or control the products or services offered by Vendors unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you may need to register an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Keep your login details secure.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and images.

  • Fulfill orders promptly and professionally.

  • Adhere to applicable laws regarding product standards, consumer rights, safety, and taxation.

  • Avoid listing illegal, prohibited, counterfeit, or misleading products.

MotlieMall may remove listings or restrict Vendor accounts that violate policies.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

  • Provide accurate purchase information.

  • Pay for all orders placed on the Platform.

  • Review Vendor policies (shipping, returns, warranties) before completing a purchase.

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.

  • MotlieMall may charge fees for using the Platform, which will be disclosed before purchase.

  • MotlieMall is not liable for issues arising from third-party payment processors but may assist in resolving disputes.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping, delivery, and return processes are primarily managed by Vendors.

Vendors must clearly communicate:

  • Shipping methods and timelines

  • Return and refund policies

  • Warranty or guarantee information (if applicable)

Buyers should review Vendor-specific policies before completing a transaction.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform

  • Use the Platform for fraud, scams, or unauthorized advertising

  • Post misleading, offensive, or deceptive content

We may suspend accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, software, and branding is the property of MotlieMall or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce content without permission

  • Use the MotlieMall brand for commercial purposes without approval

Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant MotlieMall a license to display it on the Platform.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services.

MotlieMall is not responsible for:

  • External website content

  • Products or services offered elsewhere

  • Any damages resulting from third-party interactions

11. Disclaimers

MotlieMall provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or error-free availability

  • Accuracy of Vendor listings or user-generated content

  • That products/services will meet Buyers’ expectations

MotlieMall is not liable for issues related to Vendor content or products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • MotlieMall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) within the past 30 days.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MotlieMall harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

14. Account Termination

MotlieMall may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected

  • Required for legal or safety reasons

You may also close your account at any time.

15. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes take effect once posted. Continuing to use the Platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction.

All disputes must be resolved in courts located in that jurisdiction.
